Job Description

We are seeking a

detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Officer

to oversee the sourcing and purchasing of all materials, accessories, and services required for uniform and garment production. This includes fabrics, trims, packaging items, and machinery-related supplies. The role is essential in ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality procurement aligned with production requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for fabrics, buttons, zippers, threads, labels, trims, and packaging materials. Request quotations, compare prices, and negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying new vendors to improve quality and reduce costs. Collaborate with the production, design, and quality teams to ensure materials meet technical specifications. Maintain detailed procurement records, including purchase documentation, supplier databases, and vendor performance logs. Monitor inventory levels and plan material replenishments based on production forecasts. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and industry standards. Support budgeting, cost control, and material cost analysis activities. Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth receiving, inspection, and storage of materials.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in

Supply Chain Management, Business Administration

, or a related field.

1-2 years of procurement experience

, preferably in garment, textile, or uniform manufacturing. Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment accessories. Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor-management abilities. Proficiency in

MS Office

and ERP systems. High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
