1.

Procurement Officer

- Unibal Cabinets & Kitchens - Unibal fire rated doors Factory.

Responsibilities:

Handle procurement of raw materials for wood and wood-related materials. Search for new suppliers and evaluate existing ones. Negotiate prices, contracts, and quality requirements. Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate with the warehouse to monitor stock levels. Prepare periodic reports on purchases and cost analysis.
Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the wood, furniture, or carpentry sector. Strong knowledge of wood types and materials. Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. Ability to evaluate pricing and cost effectiveness.
2.

Accountant

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the financial records. Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial reports. Review daily transactions and ensure compliance with accounting policies. Follow up on accounts receivable and payable and perform bank reconciliations. Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in accounting. Strong knowledge of IFRS standards. Proficiency in accounting software; Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
