Job Opportunity: Procurement Manager - Tier 1 Contracting Company (Dubai)

Procurement Manager

Salary Range:
AED 30,000 - AED 35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project and company goals
Manage sourcing, vendor negotiations, and purchasing activities
Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and timelines
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Oversee material planning, contracts, and cost control
Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to meet operational needs
Requirements:
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in procurement within the construction/contracting industry
Experience working with Tier 1 contractors is
mandatory
Strong knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, and contract administration
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
