- Any Graduate or related field
- Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience
- Signage / Automobile / Advertising
- Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipments in a timely and cost effective way; timely manner while maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers
- Dealing with multinational clients
- Organizing / Planning Ability \xe2\x80\x93 problem solving and time management.
- Skills; meeting as well as working under deadlines; goal setting based on priorities
- Forecasting price trends and their impact on future activities
- Negotiating Skills: Getting goods and services for the best price worth
- Developing an organizations purchasing strategy
- Control purchasing department budgets
- Understanding and keeping up with new trends and regulations in the business
- Understanding technology and managing online systems
