A leading holding company in Bahrain is seeking a Procurement Manager with F&B experience to join their team. Sourcing & Supply Chain: Establish and maintain a robust supply chain for the seamless flow of required products. Cultivate strong vendor ties, secure optimal deals through ethical and sustainable practices, avoiding exploitative impact. Predict demand, optimise stock levels, and eliminate empty shelves for smooth resort functioning. Collaborate with vendors to source premium products. . Team & Leadership: Foster collaboration, excellence, and commitment. Safeguard the company's interest through eco-conscious procurement, local sourcing, and waste minimisation. . Financial Optimisation: Identify hidden savings, negotiate effectively, and ensure financial prosperity and stability. Minimise spending, transform expenditures into value, and guide the management towards enduring success through strategic data analysis. . Risk Management & Compliance: Anticipate and mitigate supply chain challenges, ensuring operational smoothness and a secure environment. Uphold ethical and legal best practices, comply with regulations, and establish a legacy of responsible sourcing. . Communication & Relationship Building: Cultivate robust relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams. Clearly communicate procurement plans, needs, and expectations for a cohesive approach towards shared success. Qualifications . Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a relevant role within hospitality settings, with experience in the pre-opening phase. Candidates based in Bahrain are preferred. . Education: Bachelor's degree in procurement or a related field. . Supply Chain Management: Possess a strong understanding of supply chain management. Proven track record in negotiating contracts, reducing costs, and managing inventory. . Communication Skills: Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
