The Procurement Manager in Catering Services is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing food, beverages, equipment, and other supplies necessary for catering operations. This role ensures that all procurement activities align with company standards for quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery, supporting the seamless execution of catering events and daily operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the catering, hospitality, or food service industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory management, and contract law.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
