About the job Procurement ManagerOur client is a global player in chemical-pharmaceutical speciality products.We are currently looking for a Procurement Manager who will be responsible for sourcing raw materials and identifying sales opportunities for the organization. This role reports to the Managing Director.Job Responsibilities:-

Possess a deep understanding of raw materials market trends, pricing and availability in the Middle East.
Coordinate with Supply departments for procurement activities related to raw materials.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regional suppliers.
Conduct market analysis, and research customers, and related prospects in the Middle East.
Research new business opportunities and recommend profit and service improvement to help the sales team achieve their targets.

Education & Skills:-

University Degree with a focus on Supply Chain, Procurement or Marketing.
10-15 years of experience in sourcing/procurement
Strong verbal and written communication.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English. Arabic would be an added advantage.
Existing network in the petrochemical industry in the Middle East is beneficial.
