Our client is a well established real estate developer in Eastern Europe. They are a fast-growing real estate developer dedicated to creating exceptional residential properties with a commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. They are at the forefront of shaping Dubai's real estate landscape.
Reporting Line: Senior Project Manager (Contracting Division) & General Manager of Development Division.
The project is a high spec residential project G+10, based in central Dubai, not far from Sports City. Handover is scheduled quarter 4 of 2028.
The Role
Degree qualified with 5 years+ experience of being in a similar role with a reputable contractor
Managerial Experience is essential, with a proven track record in the UAE
Supplier & Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships, conduct supplier evaluations, and manage supplier performance scorecards.
Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate complex contracts for materials and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and minimize costs.
Project Collaboration: Work with project managers to understand requirements, manage inventory, and avoid project delays.
Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and quality standards, preparing reports on cost savings and supplier performance. Salary package: AED 25,000 per month + flight + private medical
