Key Responsibilities

• Process subcontract enquiries to ensure subcontract packages are procured efficiently and within project timelines.
• Prepare subcontract invitations to tender in line with internal procurement policies and procedures.
• Review and manage prequalification of new subcontractors prior to engagement.
• Participate in commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and lead times.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations to maintain service quality and delivery standards.
• Develop, maintain, and update supplier databases to ensure accurate records and sourcing options.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental procedures and controls.
• Monitor procurement activities to guarantee service quality and environmental compliance across projects.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a procurement-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, subcontract management, and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage supplier negotiations and complex procurement activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
