Abdullah Fahad Alkhaledi Company is looking for a skilled Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities and ensure that all procurement processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the construction industry, have great negotiation and communication skills, and be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. As a Procurement Manager, you would be responsible for developing procurement strategies, sourcing and negotiating with vendors, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the delivery of goods and services on time. You would also be responsible for maintaining an efficient and cost-effective procurement process and ensuring that all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

Develop procurement strategies and plans that support the company's goals and objectives. Source and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices and terms for goods and services. Manage vendor relationships and ensure that vendors are meeting their contractual obligations. Work closely with project managers to ensure that all procurement activities are aligned with project timelines and budgets. Identify new suppliers and evaluate their capabilities to ensure that they meet the company's quality standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs. Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and ensure that all documentation is properly filed and stored. Requirements Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably in the construction industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Familiarity with procurement and purchasing software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
