Procurement & Maintenance Officer – Uae Experienced (male Candidates Only)

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and well-organized

Procurement & Maintenance Officer

to manage sourcing, purchasing, and day-to-day maintenance coordination. The ideal candidate should have

experience in procurement and facility maintenance within the UAE

, strong vendor negotiation skills, and the ability to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: Procurement Duties:



Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations for materials, services, and equipment Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries Negotiate terms, prices, and lead times with vendors Maintain and update procurement records and supplier databases Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with company standards Coordinate with finance to ensure timely payments

Maintenance Duties:



Schedule and oversee routine maintenance of company properties, vehicles, and equipment Handle emergency repairs and coordinate with maintenance contractors or internal teams Maintain records of warranties, service reports, and maintenance logs Monitor inventory and ensure availability of critical maintenance supplies Ensure safety, hygiene, and operational standards are maintained Support facilities improvement or renovation projects

Requirements:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field

2-3 years of relevant experience in the UAE

Strong knowledge of local suppliers, maintenance practices, and vendor networks Good command of

English

; other languages (Hindi, Arabic, etc.) are a plus Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and procurement/maintenance tracking software Strong organizational and multitasking skills UAE driving license is an advantage

Male candidates preferred

(due to team structure or site-based duties)

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills Ability to handle pressure and urgent requests Hands-on approach with practical problem-solving ability Familiarity with local compliance and safety regulations
