Job Description
Beond, the world\'s first premium leisure airline, is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Officer to join our team. As the Procurement & Logistics Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient procurement and timely delivery of goods and services for our Product department. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support the entire procurement and logistics process from sourcing to delivery. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will contribute to the overall success of our premium travel brand.

- Support the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and selecting suppliers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns to ensure quality and reliability of goods and services.
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation, customs clearance, and warehousing.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payment to suppliers.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Minimum of 3 years of regional experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and experience with procurement systems.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- A UAE driving license is required.
