Job Position - Procurement Executive

Executive with MANDATORY UAE experience in retail fit-out, joinery, or furniture manufacturing.
If you truly understand materials, suppliers, and fast-track project timelines.
Responsibilities:
Source MDF, plywood, metal, hardware, acrylic, lighting & finishing materials
Negotiate best prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms
Issue LPOs, track deliveries, and maintain ERP (Odoo) records
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Production & Site teams
Develop alternative suppliers and ensure quality compliance
Maintain accurate price lists & procurement reports
Mandatory Qualifications:
3-5 years UAE procurement experience in Fit-Out / Joinery / Furniture
Strong vendor network in UAE market (wood, metal, acrylic, lighting, hardware)
Excellent negotiation & follow-up skills
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
Must be proactive, fast, reliable, and commercially smart
