Job Overview:
Cybertronix Technologies is seeking a
motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level Procurement Executive
for our Dubai office. In this role, you will assist in sourcing and managingIT software, hardware products, and digital tools
. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to start a career inprocurement and vendor management
.Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and purchasing
IT software, hardware products, and digital subscriptions
. Communicate with suppliers to collect quotations and compare pricing. Maintain accurate records ofsoftware licenses, hardware inventory, and product deliveries
. Help trackrenewals, upgrades, and product availability
. Coordinate with internal departments for IT product and software requirements.Qualifications:
Female candidates only. Bachelor's degree or diploma in
Business, IT, or a related field
(fresh graduates welcome). Basic understanding ofIT software, hardware products, or digital tools
is an advantage. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficient inMS Office and Email communication
