Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of procurement experience in utility or water transmission infrastructure projects.
Proven experience working within the UAE market.
Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contracts, and industry standards.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Familiarity with project management software and procurement tools.
Immediate availability is preferred.
