Technical Knowledge & Industry Expertise

Experienced in Procurement, inventory management, logistics

Good command in ERP/MRP systems.

Knowledge of import regulation and Saber certification

Key Responsibilities

Review technical specifications and ensure purchased items meet required standards

Prepare RFQs and coordinate with suppliers for technical and commercial offers

Evaluate quotations, perform technical comparisons, and recommend suitable suppliers

Support negotiations for pricing, delivery, warranty, and service terms

Support accounts payables reconciliation by confirming invoice accuracy with purchase orders and delivery records

Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams for final approval

Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with project requirements

Identify cost saving opportunities without compromising quality

Maintain accurate procurement records, approvals, and contracts

Review product conformity requirements and ensure SABER certification is completed

Verify correct HS codes for all imported items and ensure they match customs requirements

Plan shipping with suppliers and logistics partners and choose the best transport mode

Consolidate shipments and optimize routes to reduce freight cost and delivery time

Track shipments and ensure proper documentation for clearance and customs processes

Experience & Education

Bachelor's degree

ERP system knowledge

Good verbal/written communication in English and Arabic

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ?5,500.00 - ?6,500.00 per month
