Responsibilities:
Procure MEP materials and equipment as per project requirements.
Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Coordinate with site and engineering teams to ensure timely material availability.
Maintain procurement records and monitor supplier performance.
Apply technical knowledge of MEP systems and materials in procurement decisions.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in MEP procurement.
Knowledge of local suppliers and MEP materials.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office and ERP systems
