Job Responsibilities:
– Conduct industry research to identify potential suppliers.
– Evaluate suppliers based on products, services, and prices.
– Negotiate with suppliers both (International & Local) about contracts/agreements for purchasing of materials.
– Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery, schedule and quality.
– Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on‐time deliveries of final product.
– Source and investigate potential suppliers and recommend suitable ones for projects or existing products.
– Perform RFQ and total cost analysis.
– Work with key suppliers to help improve their performance, competitiveness and capabilities.

Job Requirements:
– 2 – 4 years of experience in hardcore procurement (significantly in MEP buying).
– Excellent knowledge of engineering and MEP Products.
– Diploma / B‐TECH / B.E – Mechanical.
– Ability to analyze BOQ and drawings to understand key engineering requirements.
– Knowledge and direct experience in negotiating with suppliers.
– Experience in preparing costing based on BOQ.
– Highly motivated, self‐starter, highly disciplined, clear thinker.
– Should be a multitasker and systematic person.
– Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to express ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
– Stability: has worked for longer period in a company.
– Language preference: English and Hindi / Malayalam.
