Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Procurement Engineer cum Sales

professional to manage the full cycle of procurement, vendor development, and project-based sales within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial expertise, with the ability to source quality materials, negotiate effectively, and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.

Location: Business Bay, Dubai.

Salary(AED)- 18,000-22,000

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end procurement activities

including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order management. Develop and maintain relationships with

vendors, contractors, and clients

to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Manage

project sales

activities -- prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and support contract execution. Identify and evaluate new suppliers and materials to support ongoing and future projects. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to understand project requirements and technical specifications. Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to achieve

cost efficiency

and

operational excellence

. Prepare procurement reports and maintain proper documentation in line with company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

(Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred).

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience

in

Procurement and Sales

within the

Oil & Gas industry

. Proven experience in

sourcing, vendor management, and project-based sales

. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
