Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
3-7 years of experience in
civil/construction procurement
Strong knowledge of purchasing civil materials such as:
Concrete, Steel, Rebar, Formwork, Block, Waterproofing, Finishing Materials* Ability to prepare
RFQs, Comparisons, LPOs
, and manage the full procurement cycle
Strong communication skills with local and international suppliers
Excellent negotiation skills with proven cost-saving achievements
Proficiency in MS Office, especially
Excel
Previous UAE experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze material requests from site
Identify suitable suppliers and prepare RFQs
Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations
Issue purchase orders and follow up on material delivery
Coordinate with site teams and storekeepers to ensure material quality and timely delivery
Maintain and update supplier database to ensure best market prices
