Evaluate, select, and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
Review purchase requisitions, process purchase orders (POs), and track order fulfillment.
Assist in tender management, including RFPs/RFQs creation, bid evaluation, and contract finalization.
Conduct cost analysis and contribute to budget planning, identifying opportunities for savings and supplier consolidation.
Monitor inventory levels and manage order tracking to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Maintain accurate vendor documentation, contracts, invoices, and delivery records.
Collaborate with quality control to ensure purchased goods meet company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
