Job Description
Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors across
Abu Dhabi and Dubai
Research and identify new suppliers for fit-out materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) Maintain an up-to-date supplier database with performance metrics, pricing trends, and lead times Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about price fluctuations, new products, and industry trendsProcurement Operations
Review project specifications and BOQs to develop comprehensive procurement plans Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation), analyze quotations, and conduct technical and commercial comparisons
Negotiate
pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality guarantees with suppliers Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites Monitor and track procurement budgets versus actual costsQuality & Compliance
Conduct supplier site visits and factory inspections to assess capabilities and quality standards Ensure all procured materials comply with project specifications, quality standards, and regulations Resolve any quality issues, delays, or discrepancies with suppliers Maintain proper documentation for all procurement activities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
