Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries. Well experienced to handle multiple site material as per the site requirement. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, price, payment terms and delivery times. Manage end-to-end procurement activities including purchase orders, supplier evaluation, and inventory control Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with material specifications and project needs. Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports. Support cost analysis, budget planning, and process improvements. Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations. Prepare and track RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders. Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and update project dashboards. Organize and manage project files (drawings, permits, contracts, warranties). Provide administrative support to the project and engineering team including scheduling, logistics, and document control. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy in specifications. Resolve any issues related to procurement and supplier performance. Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and associated risks to support informed purchasing decisions. Ensure compliance with local and international procurement regulations and company policies. Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent with previous experience in same field. 1-2years of experience in construction field. Familiarity with project lifecycle management, material tracking, and documentation. Strong communication and coordination skills with a proactive attitude. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. UAE driving license is an advantage. We are looking for male candidates.
