We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Procurement cum Coordination Officer to join our team specializing in building materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Procurement & sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients & suppliers.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue LPOs, RFQs, and supplier packages with comparison sheets.
Negotiate terms with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and quality service.
Manage both local and international purchasing processes, including forwarding and documentation.
Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards.
Perform inventory analysis and assist in stock management to meet project requirements.
Support procurement documentation, data entry, and basic accounting functions.
Ensure procurement activities comply with safety, quality, and company policies.
Assist senior staff in vendor evaluation, negotiations, and procurement strategies
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Procurement is mandatory.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
Knowledge of inventory management and analysis.
Basic accounting skills, including data entry and financial documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.
High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
