Manage procurement plans, tenders and contracts

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors
Manage the full contract lifecycle and supplier performance
Contract Development and Management
:
Develop, negotiate, and administer contracts and agreements with suppliers and vendors to obtain goods, services, and construction projects.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.
Procurement Strategy
:
Collaborate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and develop strategies to meet those needs efficiently and cost-effectively.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
Risk Assessment
:
Evaluate contracts for potential performance risks and ensure that terms and conditions are favorable for the organization.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise.
Vendor Management
:
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality service delivery.
Manage vendor performance and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise.
Documentation and Reporting
:
Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation.
Prepare reports on procurement activities and contract performance for management review.
Requirements:
10-15 years of experience in procurement or contracts
Government or semi-government experience preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or Finance
Fluent in Arabic and English

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
