Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least Master's degree in Civil Engineering or to any related field Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent Minimum fifteen (15) years of overall professional experience With relevant trainings/seminars in the field of expertise Applicants must possess similar experience as procurement/contracts specialist in any infrastructure projects.
Must be willing to work overseas
