Responsibilities



Team Introduction

Our Strategy and Compliance team is responsible for establishing Global Procurement Compliance Management System. We maintain sound control posture with proactive continuous improvement through policy design, process reengineering and performance optimisation while mitigating against potential compliance risks.



Responsibilities

Develop and maintain global procurement policies and control frameworks, with a strong focus on risk prevention and compliance management across the end-to-end procure-to-pay process. Design and implement procurement compliance review mechanisms across indirect spend categories and global regions, including setting compliance KPIs and monitoring adherence. Identify and drive corrective actions for policy deviations and procurement risks, and provide expert guidance on process controls and mitigation strategies for key indirect procurement categories such as marketing, consulting, IT, and admin services. Offer professional advice and risk assessments throughout day-to-day procurement projects, ensuring sourcing decisions align with internal policies and risk controls. Drive continuous improvement in procurement compliance through product and technology enablement, enhancing policy implementation and governance effectiveness across global teams.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in Supply Chain, Business or Operations Management. Experience in sourcing or other business related disciplines of large organisations, e.g. Automotive, IT/High-tech, Industrial/Consumer Goods, or Retail sector. Foundational knowledge of purchasing, familiar with end-to-end procurement process, e.g. PR-PO, TCO, supplier collaboration, risk management. Strong communication skills, and problem solving skills for comprehensive projects. Display a genuine passion for all things in compliance, with the ability to demonstrate strong principles of corporate governance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Global sourcing experience as a plus. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a cross-cultural team environment, liaising with procurement and other global functions. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment.
