Team Introduction
Our Strategy and Compliance team is responsible for establishing Global Procurement Compliance Management System. We maintain sound control posture with proactive continuous improvement through policy design, process reengineering and performance optimisation while mitigating against potential compliance risks.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain global procurement policies and control frameworks, with a strong focus on risk prevention and compliance management across the end-to-end procure-to-pay process.
Design and implement procurement compliance review mechanisms across indirect spend categories and global regions, including setting compliance KPIs and monitoring adherence.
Identify and drive corrective actions for policy deviations and procurement risks, and provide expert guidance on process controls and mitigation strategies for key indirect procurement categories such as marketing, consulting, IT, and admin services.
Offer professional advice and risk assessments throughout day-to-day procurement projects, ensuring sourcing decisions align with internal policies and risk controls.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement compliance through product and technology enablement, enhancing policy implementation and governance effectiveness across global teams.
