Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Procurement Buyer with 5+ years of

experience to support our procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-

effective acquisition of goods and services aligned with project and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, bid evaluations, PO
issuance, and contract management.

Collaborate with project teams to understand material and service requirements. Identify and qualify suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and
project specifications.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize value and mitigate risk. Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or
invoicing.

Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in ERP systems. Support audits and ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures. Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,
Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in project-based or
industrial sectors.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Knowledge of contract law, international sourcing, and vendor management best
practices.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:

Experience in energy, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
