Job Purpose

Responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process -- from receiving material or service requirements (

Civil, Finishes, Special, or Inventory

) to purchase order closeout, ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

?Manage the complete procurement lifecycle from requisition to PO closeout.

?Review and verify purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance.

?Issue RFQs/RFPs via the e-Sourcing portal (Jaggaer) and handle vendor queries.

? Prepare bid comparisons and secure approvals as per DOA.

? Draft and issue Purchase Orders and Contract Agreements.

? Follow up with vendors for PO acknowledgment, delivery, and documentation.

? Review and process vendor invoices and payments.

? Support annual framework agreements and project-related procurement activities.

? Identify and prequalify new vendors to expand the approved supplier list.

? Ensure all procurement activities align with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills

? Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

? 4-7 years of experience in procurement (preferably in construction or contracting).

? Knowledge of e-Sourcing platforms (Jaggaer preferred).

? Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
