The
Procurement Analyst
optimizes company spend by transforming supply chain data into actionable insights. This role focuses on cost reduction, supplier performance tracking, and risk mitigation through advanced data analytics.Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics:
Analyze spend patterns to identify savings and consolidation opportunities.Sourcing Support:
Manage the RFI/RFP/RFQ process and evaluate vendor proposals.Supplier Management:
Monitor KPIs and maintain supplier scorecards to ensure contract compliance.Market Intelligence:
Track commodity trends and global supply chain risks to inform buying strategies.Process Improvement:
Streamline e-Procurement workflows and manage the contract lifecycle.Technical Skills
Advanced Excel:
Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data modeling.ERP/P2P Software:
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Ariba.Visualization Tools:
Power BI or Tableau for executive reporting.Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business.Experience:
2+ years in procurement, sourcing, or financial analysis.Core Competencies:
Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.Job Type: Contract
