\xe2\x80\x8bCharterhouse is working with a well-established multinational organisation, who is looking for a Procurement Executive to join their Office in Dubai to support the Procurement Team. To be considered for this role, you must be a UAE National.

About the role
As the Procurement Executive, you will perform various duties to support the delivery in the overall procurement process. Working closely with the Procurement Business Partner you will over-see the business costs and have an input into planning and budgeting to ensure punctual, qualitative and cost-effective processing of goods and services required by different departments.

In addition, you will research and resource potential suppliers, liaise with new and existing vendors building and maintaining excellent relationships, as well and ongoing communication with internal teams such as finance, sales and marketing. It will be your responsibility to maintain procurement records and ensure that the policies and procedures are compliant, adhering to local regulations.

About you
To be considered for this role, you will be a self-motivated individual, proactive with proven excellent sales and negotiating skills. You must have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills. It is not crucial that the candidate has worked within Procurement, however, some experience would be an advantage. It is important that the candidate has an interest in this area of work and is keen to grow within a multi-national organisation within a Procurement Role. It is essential for our client that the applicant is a UAE National.
