Please find the below job description and requirements: :

Transaction processing.
Monitoring the workflow (deposit/ withdrawal process in internal systems).
Responsible for communicating and coordinating with different departments.
Responsible for customer relationship management: coordinating with clients for orders, payments, and issue resolution.
Handling customers' inquiries in regard to payments.
Preparing regular reports and analyses for your line manager.

Role Requirements:

University/ college degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Must speak, read and write the Russian language. (Native Russian preferred)
Computer literacy (competency with MS Office packages, especially Excel and Word).
Excellent communication and monitoring skills.
Ability to work comfortably in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to work in shifts. This role is a full-time position, working in shifts for 40 hours/ week (5 days a week, 8 hours per day). Shifts will apply on weekends as well.
