We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Immigration Case Processing Manager

to join our team. You will be responsible for handling visa, work permit, and permanent residency (PR) applications. This includes ensuring that all documents meet the latest immigration rules and offering excellent support to clients throughout the entire process.

This role is ideal for someone who understands global immigration procedures, works well under pressure, and communicates clearly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage visa, work permit, and PR applications for

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the US, the UK, and Schengen countries

Ensure all documents are complete and comply with current immigration rules Prepare, review, and submit legal paperwork accurately Guide clients through the process and respond to their queries professionally Handle full case filing--from document preparation to tracking application status Maintain a strong, positive relationship with clients Stay updated on changes to immigration laws and programs Ensure client information is handled confidentially Assist with

Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)

Understand key immigration pathways:

Express Entry, PNPs, work and study permits

Requirements:

2-3 years of hands-on experience

in immigration case processing Strong knowledge of immigration systems for Canada, Australia, the US, the UK, and Schengen areas Experience preparing and reviewing immigration-related documents Confident handling clients and their questions with professionalism Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with ECA and major immigration programs

Salary:

AED 4,000 - AED 6,000 per month ( Basic Salary + Intensives )

Experience :

Minimum 2 or 3 years Immigration Experienced Required

Language:

English, Hindi ,Punjabi (Well - known)
