Maintain and update accurate client records and databases for future reference.
Respond to client inquiries regarding specific programs or services, offering clear and detailed explanations.
Communicate professionally and courteously in all client interactions.
Coordinate with existing clients regarding the progress and status of their applications.
Manage and respond to client emails and queries related to the programs or services they have applied for.
Submit client profiles for programs or services for which they are eligible.
Evaluate client profiles to identify other potential programs or services they may qualify for.
Advise clients on criteria or areas for improvement to strengthen their applications.
Source suitable job opportunities for clients to enhance their chances of receiving invitations or offers from companies.
Support clients throughout the process of improving their applications and achieving better opportunities.
Perform assigned tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Qualifications:
Experience in immigration services or related fields is an advantage.
Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
