Amazon, one of the world\'s leaders in e-commerce is looking for an Account Manager (business-development professionals) to join its Third-Party Marketplace team based in Dubai, UAE.

Working in a dynamic business development environment, your role will be focused on contributing to new business acquisition through lead generation, phone/email-based business evaluation and supporting the business launch of new sellers - as they make their wide range of products available to millions of Amazon customers. You also need to possess strong relationship-building skills and be able to explore win-win opportunities with partners - helping them grow their business on Amazon. In addition, you will be responsible for incorporating feedback from the sellers into new opportunities to improve Amazon\'s products, services, processes, systems and tools for all 3rd party sellers working with cross-functional teams.

To be successful in this role you must have superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, working autonomously and taking full control & responsibility for achieving business objectives.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities Include Works across various AMPS team(s) at country, regional and/or cross-regional level to drive improvements in existing solutions and enable to implement solutions for customer, cost savings in process workflow, systems configuration and performance metrics.

Leads projects and opportunities across the Operations that are business critical for MENA AMPS.

As a Business Analyst (Automation) you will work with product, technology and operations teams to drive automation through deterministic rules set up / Machine learning algorithms leading to processing of volume at scale.

You will also be responsible for identifying and driving new opportunities based on customer and business data and measuring the performance of the same

About the team

MENA AMPS (Amazon Marketplace Professional Services or ASP360) supports Selling Partners (SPs) with paid account management services and enhances both CX and SPX via a suite of unified offerings. We aim to be the preferred choice for SPs during their Amazon journey to expand and optimize their businesses.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\'s Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or similar) \xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years working experience writing complex SQL queries to perform data analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analyst, or related quantitative functions \xe2\x80\xa2 5+ Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 2+ Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python and Excel VBA) and advanced SQL skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience writing and optimizing SQL queries to work with complex/large datasets \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to structure complex analysis and perform the analysis to drive insights \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in visualizing data through tools like QuickSight, Tableau or similar tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven analytical/problem solving skills and attention to detail, including the ability to recognize non-obvious patterns/predictors, with the ability to propose insightful hypotheses \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in taking a project from scoping requirements through launch \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience solving business problems using statistical, machine learning, or other modeling Technique

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master\'s or higher degree in an analytical area such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering \xe2\x80\xa2 E-Commerce, Retail experience preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience working closely with product and tech teams developing large scale data products \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated analytical skill in prediction, data validation, and optimization problems \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in theory and practice of Design of Experiments and statistical analysis of results
