Role: Lead Software Engineer Skill: Digital Transformation, Process Re-Engineering, Lean Sixsigma Description: \xe2\x80\xa2 Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred) \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct detailed diagnostic of current business processes/operations to identify inefficiencies, areas for improvement and opportunities \xe2\x80\xa2 Recommend Transformation and Automation solutions with a detailed Business Case, substantiated with thorough data analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience in process mining would be an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Must work with teams to Engineering existing processes of the bank, look at digitization opportunities, recommend introduction of process automation where required \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with stakeholders to draft a detailed Transformation strategy and roadmap aligned with the Client\'s Organizational goals \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and technologies \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage with key stakeholders to address concerns, provide guidance, and foster a positive attitude towards change and Foster collaboration and effective communication, working closely with cross functional teams
