Job Description

Provides necessary definition, development and deployment of product quality assurance strategy. Provide leadership for the company's Quality Assurance and must perform regular site visits to do quality inspection and report to PM. Works closely on site and with the carpentry factory, electrical team, MEP team and others to achieve high quality of works and output on manufacture & installation. To recommend actions to correct observed quality deficiencies. Review product submittals against specifications. Develop QA/QC documentation and reporting systems for the project and managing director. Develop & implement the Internal Compliance. Maintains product consistency throughout product cycle, to include the design, define and build phases through quality checkpoints and testing. Manages the planning and execution of product testing efforts. Works with project managers to develop project schedules and resource allocation Ensure that all drawings are in line with project scope, contract specification and the company quality standards. Check supplied materials, furniture or equipment match their specified areas and locations in the drawings. Responsible for the final handover of the project, till defect liability period. Must be expert in drawings & details, material finishes and construction material requirements. Material and manpower planning and management.
Should be able to perform setting-out plans on site as per approved drawings. Should have past experience of executing commercial projects in all interior design, fit out and furnishing needs, whether it be for a government entity, Airports, Corporate Office, Restaurant, Hospitality, Healthcare, Residential, Banks or Retail fit out and etc. Should have fair knowledge of electrical and MEP works. Prepare daily site progress reports and report to PM. Requirements: **Architect's degree**. Minimum of 5 years' experience in QA/QC for furniture production & Fit-out projects. Computer literate in MS Word and Excel and working experience with Auto-cad. Must be well versed in applicable international codes, standards and specifications of construction and maintenance/refurbishment. Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills. Dynamic, independent and ability to work under pressure. Job Type: Full-time Education:
