We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Competency Center as a Process Modeler / Automation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements through automation technologies, with a specific focus on UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process modeling, automation tools, and possess business domain knowledge in areas such as Regulation Authority, Finance, HR, Financial Services Regulation Authority, and Procurement. UiPath certification for automation and architecture is must for shortlisted candidate.

Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis and Documentation:

Conduct thorough analysis of existing and identified business processes in domains such as Regulation Authority, Finance, HR, Financial Service Regulation Authority, and Procurement for improvement and automation. Collaborate with stakeholders in different business domains to gather process requirements and document them in detail. Create comprehensive process models, flowcharts, and diagrams using tools such as UiPath Studio to illustrate current and future states. Automation Strategy Development: Design and develop automation strategies using UiPath to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency in various business domains. Evaluate and recommend suitable automation tools and technologies based on business requirements, considering the unique needs of business divisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align automation initiatives with specific business domain objectives. Implementation of Automation Solutions:

Develop and implement automation solutions using UiPath as the primary RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platform, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards in Finance, HR, and other relevant domains. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate UiPath automation solutions into existing systems and platforms as per the company business vertical guidelines. Conduct testing and validation of UiPath automated processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with procurement processes. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of UiPath automated processes across different business domains and identify opportunities for further optimization. Propose and implement enhancements to existing UiPath automation solutions, considering the specific regulatory requirements of the business verticals and other applicable regulations. Stay informed about the latest advancements in UiPath and other automation technologies, incorporating best practices. Training and Knowledge Sharing:

Provide training sessions to end-users and team members on the usage and benefits of UiPath and other relevant automation tools within the context of different business domains. Share knowledge and expertise within the Competency Center to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement across diverse business domains. Qualifications and Skills:

UiPath certification is must for automation and architecture (Automation Developer Professional or Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) is required) Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in process modeling, analysis, and automation implementation, with a focus on UiPath, and deep understanding of business domains such as Regulation Authority, Finance, HR, and Procurement. Familiarity with BPM tools and methodologies. Programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C# is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
