Job Purpose:

The Process Improvement Executive, reporting to the Sr. Supply Chain Leader, manages special projects for improvements that are not covered by Warehouse Management System:
  • They are responsible for preparing SQL Macro request for the team .
  • Review current task of teams that can be optimized with solutions.
  • Work together with all teams on different projects relating to Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, warehouse and IT logistic teams.
  • Lead all special projects from design to implementation for the logistics team from time to time along with IT support for development.
  • Review the team KPI performance including Reporting Presentation , SOP\'s , PBI preparations.
Key Accountabilities :

Typical Duties Included Are, But Not Limited To :
  • Conduct analyses and make appropriate recommendations as needed.
  • Consolidate and prepare reports
  • Assess and monitor warehouse transactions required for presentation and reporting.
  • Review and Propose solutions for Service Quality Issues
  • Prepare SOP\'s for the logistics team and Special projects.
  • Report project plans, progress, and results.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and other intimate departments as necessary to meet customer requirements, to take advantage of opportunities or, in the case of shortages, to minimize negative impacts on a business.
  • Explain proposed solutions to customers, management, or other interested parties through written proposals and presentations.
  • Develop an understanding of customers\' needs and take actions to ensure that such needs are met.
  • Develop and implement tools to maintain service quality level in fulfilling customer requirement.
  • Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer\'s key personnel involved in or directly relevant to a logistics activity.
  • Direct team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, training and ensuring the availability of resources.
  • Review logistics performance with customers against targets, KPI\'s and service agreements.
  • Prepare SOP\'s for Customer and Internal request.
  • Prepare PBI to provide more visibility to Logistic Overall Activities
Basic/ Job Requirements :
  • Master\'s degree in business or related fields.
  • English proficiency.
  • Computer Proficiency: MS office Applications (Word, Excel, Macro, Power Point & Outlook)
  • 1 - 3 years\' experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of SQL Scripting.
  • Knowledge of operational activity and service in Logistics & Freight.
  • Knowledge of ground operations
  • Knowledge of specific customer needs / requirements for customers requiring Supply
  • Chain.
  • They also must be able to multitask and keep up in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Inventory specialists should work well in a team setting, as well as on their own with minimal supervision.
