, you will be part of the manufacturing or operations team, supporting process development, optimization, and implementation activities across production lines. Under the guidance of senior engineers and managers, you will be responsible for analysing current manufacturing processes, identifying areas of improvement, and contributing to process efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse current production processes and identify areas of improvement in efficiency, productivity and quality
Develop and implement optimized manufacturing processes, layouts and workflows
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work and eliminate nonvalue added activities
Participate in new product development to ensure manufacturability and smooth integration to production lines
Train operators and technicians on new process changes
Evaluate and implement new technologies and equipment to enhance productivity
Proficient in CAD software and process simulation
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial engineering, r related field
Experience: 0-3 years
Skills:
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and industrial safety.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to work on shop floor and flexible to work in shifts (if required).
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or any ERP systems is a plus.
