Job Purpose
GTT&MFD, Process Improvement
Job Responsibilities
- Make sure lab and experiement activities comply ESH polies and goverment regulations.Responsible for OTC lab’s safety and eviroment issues
确保实验活动符合公司内部ESH政策及外部法规的要求 - Evaluate process safety and enviroment issues and try to elimate or reduce the safety and enviroment risk with engineer method
评估生产过程中的安全及环境因素，通过改善工程工艺过程，减少或者消除工程中的安全及环境风险。 - GTT&MFD, beaker test to verify BOM, Process and QC spec
- Set up BOM master for new Products and revise BOM master to improve existing production process.
为新产品在系统里建立WI, 过程参数，必要时修改现有过程参数以提高过程能力 - Assist to evaluate new RM with lab trial run test.
用小批量实验协助评估新原料 - Apply Lean and 6 Sigma to analysis and improve process capability.
应用精益生产及6西格玛工具分析并提高过程能力 - Assist to improve FPY and summarize monthly
协助提高首次合格率并定期总结 - Investigate batch failure causes for internal and external customer complaint.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Chemistry or Relevant industry
