Analyze and study process definition and manufacturing flow Ability to read and analyze technical drawings. Introduce the lean manufacturing on the assembly racks definition. Ensure the startup of the different project phase Coordinate with the team the good startup of the lines. Solve day to day manufacturing problems and resolve production stops related to the process Lear Leadership Model Upgrade talent and increase bench throughout the organization Digitalization of Industrial Process Implementation of ALM( Assembly Line Monitoring ) / DTM ( Down Time Monitoring ) and ANDON SYSTEM for Cutting Area and Assembly Lines Implementation of IIOT ( Industrial Internet of Things ) Implementation of ACT-KSK in Assembly Lines ( Automate the speed of Rotary Line ) instead of Manual Update Involved in Connected Factory activities with Central Team and respect all Deadlines related to projects Implementation. KANBAN Racks Management Create some Macros to Automate daily tasks Implementation of Innovative projects Implementation of New GENERATION of ANDON SYSTEM on current Assembly Lines

Profile: Bac + 5 with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar function Sense of leadership Teamwork Good communication skills Attentive to detail in all aspects VBA,C#, Python Programming Industrial Automation Networking Relational Database Management Systems (Database Administration) Microsoft products (Excel,Power Point,Access,Sharepoint ...) PLC Programming

Language Skills: Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in English and French.
