We Are Looking For a Process Engineer

The person in charge of this position is called to define plant equipment requirements to support engineering changes and new projects, responsible for ensuring equipment acquisition, installation and validation according to the start-up schedule.

Your Role

Ensure the definition of USW, UCAB, Sealing, Soldering, PUR, Splice Taping machine requirements for all new projects as well as the budget required to issue IRs.

Lead the team in the implementation of validation and continuous improvement actions on the aspects (Quality, Volume, Price) of the processes (USW, UCAB, Sealing, Soldering, PUR, Splice Taping).

Ensure the availability of equipment according to the SOP by making the necessary anticipations.

Prepare capacity studies (USW, Sealing, Soldering, PUR) and ensure their update.

Verify the status of the equipment inventory (Running & Idle).

Participate regularly in technical conferences with the plant departments (Quality, Reliability, Maintenance, Production, Logistics) and the MEC. Your Background Bac+5 in Electrical, Mecatronics,Automatism engineering or equivalent Sense of urgency and priority setting Adaptive to Change Reporting and analysis Strong communication skills in English (Written & Spoken)
