Missions:

Analyze and study process definition and manufacturing flow Ability to read and analyze technical drawings. Introduce the lean manufacturing on the assembly racks definition. Ensure the startup of the different project phase Coordinate with the team the good startup of the lines. Solve day to day manufacturing problems and resolve production stops related to the process Improve the Manufacturing & quality assembly line Lear Leadership Model Upgrade talent and increase bench throughout the organization

Profile: Bac + 5 with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar function Sense of leadership Teamwork Good communication skills Attentive to detail in all aspects

Language Skills: Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in English and French.
