Missions: Lead Troubleshooting effort to solve operational problems Provide day to day observance and support of manufacturing operations Ensure that new references Setup on the Line is done within the targeted Timing Monitor Assembly machines KPI and determine ways to improve their ability to maintain company Operational objectives Draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates Ensures capitalization and standardization of lessons learned Excite Risk assessments Find improvement opportunities with the overseen processes Buyoff & validation of maintenance preventive & corrective actions Through Validations checklist Customer Claims: Root cause analysis & Action plan definition Responsible to define equipment requirements according to quality objectives, customer and Lear standards Defines and prepares investment studies and times for new projects Review suppliers Offers and make sure of their completeness according to specifications Keeps updates and looks for technology evolution at equipment and component level Adapt & improve all the processes during the lifetime of the project Support RFQ Team getting new awards Works with equipment designers to develop a cost effective & working production process Ensure the conformance of products and processes according IATF, Customer specific requirements, and regulatory requirements Lead new equipment commissioning in the manufacturing plant Follows homologation of equipment's and auxiliary Develop and maintain process training and certification documentation to ensure that operators clearly understand all operational requirements Prepare Process Documentations: Work Instruction, POKA YOKE list, Visual aids, Buy-Off report During post-launch phases looks for continuous improvement Follow and uses internal tools and process (LPMP, Profile ...) Responsible to fulfill internal MASS politics as well as labor legislation Learns the rules; understands them; follows them, and participates in the energy, environment, safety and health program (e.g. planned inspections; energy, environment, safety and health suggestions; energy, environment, safety and health management systems, etc.). Reports all incidents, accidents and unsafe conditions and acts to supervisors or uses the system set up to facilitate reporting. Takes personal responsibility for keeping selves, co-workers, and equipment free of hazards. Participates on saving energy and proposes suggestions to control it. Profile: University / Engineering degree Min of 02 years of experience Good communication skills in English & French Competencies: Tools and process (LPMP, Profile), MASS politics, Team work & good communication skills, Analytical, Problem solving, Critical/ Logical Thinking
