Decision Management Consultants is hiring \'Process Engineer / Production Engineer \' for one of our client "Cement Manufacturing" industry.
- Experience: 7+ minimum years of experience
- Education: BE / B-TECH in Chemical engineering is MUST
- Monitoring the process parameters; ensuring compliance with process parameters. Must have knowledge of process calculation & optimization.
- Must have knowledge of Physical stock measurement and data entry in Excel and SAP plant CAPEX & company cash flow in/out flow calculations.
- Must have good knowledge about Kiln, Roller press, VRM , Ball mill operation. Must have knowledge of process measuring equipment and Heat balance & mass balance.
- Material planning, scheduling & inventory optimization based on monthly production & annual shutdown by using SAP PP, MM & PS module
- Cordination with priduction manager, and all technical departments
- Must have knowledge of AFR system.
- Bachelor\'s (Required)
- SAP: 4 years (Required)
- Cement Industry: 5 years (Required)
