Job Description

We are looking for Process Engineer and Production Engineer for one of our multinational client in U.A.E. PROCESS ENGINEER QUALIFICATION,

• Knowledgeable and well versed experience in the product (Heavy industrial gas Turbine vanes/blades) and particularly heat treatment/vacuum furnace process.
• Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering Degree.
• knowledge of drawings, Technical Documents and specs, International codes and standards .
• Knowledge of lean, kaizen and 5S Methodologies.

OBJECTIVES,

• Perform activities associated with the development, approval, implementation and maintenance of new and existing repair schemes to ensure proper repairs of products in line with company procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring that the required systems are developed in accordance with the company's qualification methods and international standards and that the operators and equipment are operating in a controlled fashion on a day to day basis.
• Development of new product processes and providing the technical expertise and experience necessary to make engineering decisions regarding repair design activities, in accordance with company specifications, drawings and qualification procedures.
• Provides technical training support or mentoring for repair development and metallurgical analysis.
• Supports resolutions of non-conformance reports and implementation of corrective and preventing actions.
• Initiates improvements toward product and process related efficiencies.

• Creation of process / product specific work instruction documentation and application of process control techniques.
• Process parameter development of specific processes and laboratory evaluation and subsequent interpretation leading to program and parameter adjustments.

PRODUCTION ENGINEER QUALIFICATION,

• Heavy duty gas turbine component repair experience is must.
• Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechanical Engineering Degree.
• knowledge of drawings, Technical Documents and specs, International codes and standards .
• Preferably with experience in Vacuum heat treatment / Joining technology.
• Knowledge of lean, kaizen and 5S Methodologies.

Objectives,

• Responsible for coordinating repair activities between engineering and production departments to complete projects.
• Support engineering and production with production processes as per technical specifications.
• Ensure implementation of engineering documentation like repair criteria.
