The Process Engineer has the primary responsibility of developing the process strategies and requirements to facilitate the effective design of a multi-product veterinary vaccine manufacturing platform. In the design phase, the Process Engineer will be responsible for developing the User Requirement Specifications for the processes and facility in accordance with the Client\xe2\x80\x99s product capability requirements. The Process Engineer will review the submissions of design consultants, equipment vendors and other 3rd parties for accuracy against the User Requirement Specifications. In the qualification phase the Process Engineer will lead the process qualification and validation activities on behalf of the Client and the transfer of process technology. During the manufacturing phase the Process Engineer will be responsible for leading the operation, trouble shooting and monitoring of equipment throughout the production process. Determine and prepare the User Requirement Specifications for upstream and downstream process equipment. * Review the submissions of design consultants, equipment vendors and other 3rd parties for accuracy against the User Requirement Specifications. * Preparation of process diagrams. * Provide subject matter expertise on bioprocesses and veterinary manufacturing principles. * Develop strategies for process development, qualification, and validation efforts with clear scientific and regulatory rationale. * Prepare and execute qualification documents for all process equipment to support GMP clinical and commercial manufacturing. * Provide technical support in the generation of cGMP documentation (SOPs, Forms, etc.) to facilitate tech transfer, manufacturing, and regulatory submissions.
