Job Description
This role seeks a
B.E./B.Tech Chemical Engineer
with5-10 years of experience
in process design for large industrial facilities, preferably inChemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer, or similar industrial projects
.The Process Design Engineer will be responsible for:
Developing
Process Datasheets
for major process equipment including pumps, storage tanks, reactors, vessels, heat exchangers, columns, and specialized filtration/drying equipment. PreparingProcess Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
andPiping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
. Performing key engineering calculations such as:+ Hydraulic line sizing & pump head
+ Flare network calculations
+ Heat exchanger design using
HTRI
+ Relief valve sizing in line with applicable codes
+ Surge analysis
Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure process integrity and design compliance across project phases.
Preferred Skills & Tools
Experience with
international design standards
: ASME, API, TEMA, NFPA, OSHA Software proficiency:HTRI, Aspen HYSYS, AFT Fathom, AFT Impulse
Working knowledge ofE3D / Navisworks / Aveva P&ID
Strong skills in MS OfficeCertification Requirement

Valid Professional Engineer (PE) Certification - Saudi Council of Engineers
