Job Description

Bakemart FZ LLC , Dubai is looking for an Process Controller with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in production planning, scheduling and control in a food manufacturing industry to join our Production Team.

As an Process Controller, your areas of responsibilities will be on the following critical requirements:

1. Monitor and track recipe execution on production lines and kitchens to ensure compliance with standards, identifying and quantifying raw material wastage.

2. Analyse deviations in recipe adherence by comparing actual and allowed raw material consumption, documenting discrepancies.

3. Prepare variance reports highlighting key findings, root causes, and inefficiencies, and communicate actionable recommendations to management.

4. Propose and implement strategies to reduce wastage, improve recipe control, and optimize raw material usage in collaboration with production teams.

5. Ensure adherence to company quality and cost-efficiency standards, regularly reviewing and updating them as needed.

6. Train staff on minimising waste and best practices for efficient raw material usage while fostering awareness of recipe adherence.

7. Continuously enhance monitoring methods and data collection techniques while staying updated on industry innovations.

8. Actively participate in planning and executing waste reduction strategies, working closely with kitchen and production staff.

Essential Requirments:

It is important to have knowledge of production methods, processes, systems, and standards as well as proficiency in using software tools and applications for production management such as ERP or SAP.

This role requires or prefers a bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field.

Salary Total Package: AED 6000.00 to AED 10,000.00 based on qualification & experience.
